Educational Qualifications: The qualifications must for the job application are : 

• Post 01 – Master Certificate (02nd Class) with five years experience as Boat Master in Sea or Inland Vessels.
• Post 02 – Serang Certificate with 02 years experience as serang in sea or island vessels.
• Post 03 – Engine Driver (02nd Class) with a serang certificate. and two years of experience as a Boat Engineer in Sea or Inland Vessels.

Selection Procedure:

Pay Scale: Wages given to the candidates are Rupees Twenty Two Thousand per month (Post 01), Rupees Eighteen Thousand per month (Post 02), and Rupees Twenty Thousand per month (Post 03).

Age criteria: Frankly speaking about the age it can be said that Post 01 and 03 applicants minimum age must be 22 years and maximum 45 years. While the minimum age for Post 02 candidates is 21 years.
