An RTO-issued learner’s license is a temporary driver’s license. This license is only good for six months after which time one must renew. You must study all traffic laws and regulations and pass a theoretical exam in order to obtain a learner’s license. You will be able to hone your driving abilities on Indian roads under the supervision of someone with a valid driver’s license if you pass the exam and receive your learner’s license. When you are sixteen, you can apply for a learner’s license.
