How Can I Apply Online at UTIITSL for a PAN Card?
The following are the processes to apply for a PAN card online on the UTIITSL website:
- Step 1: Go to UTIITSL’s official website.
- Step 2: Select the “New PAN” menu item.
- Step 3: Choose “PAN card Form 49A,” irrespective of your status as an OCI, NRE/NRI, or citizen of India.

If the communication address is located in India, the cost of obtaining a PAN Card is Rs. 93 (GST not included). The fees for obtaining a PAN Card for a foreign communication address are Rs. 864 (GST not included). You need to turn in the necessary paperwork as soon as the money has been received. - Step 1: Visit https://www.tin-nsdl.com/, the official website of Protean e-Gov Technologies Limited (previously NSDL).
- Step 2: Select “PAN” from the “Downloads” menu. After that, a new page will load and you must select “Form 49A.” Click “Form 49AA” if you are a foreign national or non-resident person (NRI).
