Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering or technology graduate or diploma holder in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, electrical, radio, computers, instruments, and information technology
• Graduate in Marketing and Sales/EB (Non-technical).

Eligibility Criteria:

• On or after July 31, 2019, the applicant must have completed any of the following courses from a university that has been accredited by the AICTE or the GOI.
• Candidates who have completed or are completing an apprenticeship in accordance with the Apprentices (Amendment) Act of 1973, as well as those who have one year or more of experience, are unable to apply.

Salary:

• A stipend of Rs. 8000 for Diploma holders and Rs. 9000 for Graduates (Technical and Non-Technical).
• Under the condition that they are also hired to increase SIM sales and have visited at least 80% of the assigned Point of Sales for the month, Sales and Mktg apprentices are given Rs 1800/- per month as a travel stipend.

Age Limit:

• According to the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Notification, the upper age limit shall be 25 or less by July 31, 2022.

Selection Process:

• The final percentage of marks the candidate received in their Graduate degree (technical and non-technical) and Diploma course will serve as the basis for the selection criterion.
