Educational Qualifications:

• Additional Executive Engineer: A bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines and 7 years of experience working for the main employer in a Central/State/IPP (Independent Power Producer) power generation company.
• Executive Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, electronics, power engineering, electrical & power engineering & technology, or electronic & telecommunication engineering and 9 years of power generation experience Under the main employer, a company of Central/State/IPP (Independent Power Producer). Of which at least 05 years were spent as an assistant in the field of power generation. Managerial Engineer & Dy. Managing Engineer (OR) (2002) in the capacity of Addl. Executive Engineer.
• Deputy Executive Engineer: A bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines and 3 years of experience working for the main employer in a Central/State/IPP (Independent Power Producer) power generation company.

Salary:

• Additional Executive Engineer: Pay Group: I including Payscale: Rs. 68780-2730-82430-2900-154930.
• Executive Engineer: Pay Group: I including Payscale: Rs. 81695-3145-97420-3570-175960.
• Deputy Executive Engineer: Pay Group: II including Payscale: Rs. 61830-2515-74405-2730-139925

Selection Process:

• Applicants must show up for an Assessment Center Test (In basket Exercise, Group Discussion, Problem – solving abilities, and Case Studies) and a Personal Interview in order to be considered for the position of Executive Engineer.
• Candidates must show up for both an online exam and a personal interview to be considered for the position of Additional and Deputy Executive Engineer.
