Finance & Accounts Officer: Graduate degree with an ICWA/CA, MBA with a Finance Concentration, or PGDM/MBA (from IIMs only) Marine Officer:
- Master Foreign Going Certificate of Competency from the Ministry of Transportation.
- 3 years of second officer experience.
- Should be familiar with the rules and regulations of the Mercantile Marine Department, the ports, and Customs.
