Educational Qualifications:
- Competitors who are Development professionals with an entrepreneurial attitude and a PG in Rural Management/ Development Management/ Social Work from recognized institutes such as XIMB, IRMA, TISS, DMI, IIFM, APU, ISDM, or equivalent national-level institutes are encouraged to apply.
- Competitors must have at least two years’ experience in microfinance, microenterprise promotion, rural livelihoods, rural marketing, social research, monitoring and evaluation, and other related fields.
Salary:
The payout would be based on market value. For the right individual, this will not be a limiting factor and will be mutually agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
