Educational Qualifications: Library & Information Officer:
- Master of Library Science or Master of Library and Information Science.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.
Assistant Library & Information Officer (Braille):
- A certificate or degree in library science or library & information science.
- Should have at least two years of professional experience.
- One year diploma in Hindi or English Braille.
Library & Information Assistant:
- Degree in library science or library & information science for undergraduates.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience is required.
Consultant (Admn.):
- Candidates for the position of Consultant must have retired from the level of Deputy Secretary or Under Secretary (Deputy Director) (Admn.)
- Should be well-versed in issues relating to RTI, court cases, recruitment rules, administration, etc., in accordance with the government of India processes.
- Should be knowledgeable with office practices, etc.
Library Clerk:
- 10+2 or similar.
- A certificate or diploma in library science lasting one year.
Age Limit:

Salary:
- Library & Information Officer: The aspirants will get Rs.67700-208700 i.e. Level-11
- Assistant Library & Information Officer (Braille): The aspirants will get Rs.44900-142400 i.e. Level- 07
