Indian Army Recruitment 2024 :- For the 63rd and 34th Special Service Commissions (SSC) (Tech-Men and Tech-Women), respectively, the Indian Army is accepting applications from qualified candidates. These applicants include widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who died while serving, unmarried male and female engineering graduates, and others. The training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, will begin in October 2024. The Indian Army’s official website (see URL below) is the only place for those who match the prerequisites to apply online. Educational Qualification
For Men and Women in SSC (Tech):-
Applicants who are in their last year of study for an engineering degree or who have passed the course.
For Widows of Defence Personnel who Died in Harness:-
a) SSCW (Non-Tech) (Non-UPSC): Any discipline graduation.
b) SSCW (Tech): Any engineering stream, BE or B.Tech.
Age Limit:
20 years is the minimum and 27 years is the maximum (35 years for widows of defense personnel).

Selection Process:
SSB interviews and shortlisting will be used for choosing the applicants.
The eligible applicants will be notified in due course of the precise Date, Time, and Place of the examination/interview, as this information will also be accessible on the Indian Army’s official website, www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Applying online through the Indian Army’s official website is only open to individuals who fulfill the qualifications.
After the online application form has been satisfactorily submitted, a unique registration number and a system-generated Registration/acknowledgment slip will appear on the computer screen. For use in future contact with applicants, it must be printed off. DO NOT SEND PRINT-OUT/HARD COPIES OR DOCUMENTS ANYWHERE AT THIS TIME. When it’s ready, all of the verification will be finished.
